Daily Tarot Reading for Friday ~ Peace

The back of this card says “Embrace your confusion. Let there be peace in not knowing all the answers.”

The message I got while meditating on this card was that finding peace is not dependent on everything in our lives being perfect. Our challenge is to find peacefulness, no matter what is going on around us.

So many times we tell ourselves that we cannot be at peace until we have it all figured out....then we can relax and be happy. But this is a recipe for misery, as the nature of life is to always be in flux and change.

The other phrase that popped into my head when I read this card was that we don’t need to find peace because it is already within us. Instead, focus today on letting go of all the crap that gets in the way of you being at peace. Don’t worry about the future and don’t waste any time milling over the past – live in the NOW!!!

Daily Tarot Reading for Thursday ~ Courage

Courage, also known as “Strength” in most tarot decks, has made a second appearance this week! You may recall that Tuesday’s card was Strength from the Angel Tarot deck. This makes today’s message even stronger.

Today is about growing out of our challenges and celebrating just how far we’ve come in the past year. Think about all that you have achieved in the last twelve months and how much stronger, wiser and more confident you are.

If you are in a difficult time right now, look for ways to grow from your situation. Although sometimes it won’t be clear until after you are out of it and in a more positive phase.

If you are feeling courageous and joyful, make sure you radiate that positive energy today. Others around you will be effected by it and perhaps even inspired by how you live your life. Don’t hesitate to offer support and encouragement to someone close to you who needs a confidence boost.

Courage is being willing to rise above any situation and to come out of it a stronger, more radiant person.

Daily Tarot Reading for Tuesday ~ Strength

You have more inner strength than you realize and today it will help you with communication and feeling safe and powerful.

I get such a magical feeling from this card today and I sense that today’s message is about connecting with our higher selves so we can access that deep, strong place within that knows we are always safe, no matter what. We have the inner resources to communicate lovingly with others, while maintaining strong boundaries.

The angel in this card seems to be telling us that forgiveness does not mean weakness. When we forgive another’s behavior, we are able to let go of any resentments that are blocking us from blossoming into our highest potential. Letting something go doesn’t mean that you are letting someone walk all over you.

Focus not on how others are behaving but on what you can do in this situation that would be most loving and compassionate to yourself. You don’t need to be intimdated by anyone’s domineering behaviour today (or any day for that matter!).
