Flex Your Psychic Muscles! Oracle Card for Tuesday :)

Angel Therapy Oracle Cards by Doreen Virtue

You are profoundly clairvoyant!

How does reading that statement make you feel? What about when you reading it out loud and say “I am profoundly clairvoyant”?

When I did this the first time it felt like I was playing dress up in my mom’s old bridesmaids dress and oversized stilettos – I felt like I was just pretending. But if you stick with it and say this to yourself everyday and remain open to the idea that it is possible, you will be surprised!

You probably think of clairvoyance as seeing the future or seeing what is hidden. However, clairvoyance can help you with artsy things too – like painting really amazing pictures, writing fascinating stories and basically just juicing up your creativity. So don’t be afraid to really, truly open to your innate psychic gifts – because we all have them, not just some people!

  1. I had the words “I am profoundly clairvoyant” writen on post-it and had it on my mirror for months. One night before going to sleep I asked ‘why haven’t I seen anything lately?’ (I’ve been seeing things since I was very young but it stopped for a while.) I was told in a dream by someone I now realize is my guide that I don’t “see” because I’ve become afraid to. So true! I let it go and eventually it started again but a bit different than what I was used to. I started having more vivid visions in my mind’s eye. And what’s crazy is that today was like I was getting smacked a few time by the same message…Start art project asap! I also got “crystals” in a reading and was looking for a crystal to help me with art creativity. Any suggestions? Thanks Kate!

    1. Erica, I have struggled with the same issue of being afraid of really opening to clairvoyancy, but it is getting better over time. I am not much of an expert with crystals, so maybe someone who is will jump in here with a crystal suggestion, but I would think orange coloured crystals would help as they often relate to the sacral chakra which is the creativity chakra. Carnelian is probably a good one for that.

  2. This is going to sound weird, but this morning as I was waking up, I heard the name “Ophelia”. Is there a tarot deck card with that name? If so, I would love to know the meaning. I did an online search for the name, and found the Hamlet character reference. I’m not making a connection. Any insight? Thanks!

    1. Hi Linda, you might want to check the Shakespeare Oracle, perhaps it has an Ophelia card? That’s a pretty powerful name to hear, though. I remember reading a book ages ago called “Saving Ophelia”. Hope you figure out the significance!

      1. Linda–

Giving Kate some research back-up, here!

I own the Shakespeare Oracle (which, confusingly, is a full, 78-card tarot deck). I just checked the book, and there is NO Ophelia-centric card.

HOWEVER, there is a VERY Ophelia-esque Nine of Bats (Swords) in the fantastic Halloween Tarot. Here’s a link to an image-it’s the card on the left: http://newpathstarot-com.secure34.ezhostingserver.com/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2010/10/HalloweenA11.jpg

Ophelia was pretty overwrought with hormones and unrequited love and killed herself because of it. Not an awesome role model, to my way of thinking …

But the Halloween Tarot? That’s a whole 78-card pile of awesomesauce!

        jme

  3. And the added bonus is… that you will “see” people, contracts, more clearly, for what they really are. May be scary, but also over helpful.
