Hi Kate. To chime in – what I notice from an overview of the 3 cards is that it starts out with clear blue skies, then cloudy and then overcast. That’s the WoF in action!
Hi Kate, Lisa here (UK) although eight days in on The Camino in Spain right now. Just watched your reading on my phone, having reached my place of rest for today. The Knight of Cups is perfect for me- it often represents my husband in spirit, and he is with me as I go with the emotional flow on this spiritual journey. The Wheel…well it has turned, and this is my destiny. I am meant to be doing this pilgrimage which, as you said, is certainly up and down, like a rollercoaster! With the Four of Pentacles (Earth) I see the figure as grounded, like you say, but also balanced. Four in numerology is about foundations and stability. It could be about money, or about our earthly human experience. One disc is over the figure’s heart, and one above the head. To be balanced we need to listen to the heart as well as the head! The disc over the heart, and the glasses/specs, suggests reflections/mirrors…look into this mirror to see yourself, your soul, but don’t let the ego mind rule the head. So I think, depending on whose receiving this message, it can ‘reflect’ a balanced, grounded person or, like you said, it could represent a warning to someone who is holding back, hoarding, and keeping stuff to themselves, and ruled by the ego mind. For me it represents how grounded I am right now as I tread this spiritual path, and how I am learning to let my heart and soul be the master, and not my mind! Our minds are brilliant, but they veil the truth. Look into your heart and you will find it.
Thank you so much Lisa for taking the time to comment when you’re hiking the Camino! I love your insights on these cards ♥ and I’m so happy to hear your having a good trip and feeling grounded 🙂
