    Hi Kate!
    thanks for the first weekly reading of 2023. I found it inspiring, as always. To answer your question about what puts me in the flow, I guess for me is emotional contentment and knowing that I stand on my own two feet, without having to rely too much on my husband for support. Knowing that is, that I can be creative and productive in my own right. Also getting away with negativity and toxic relationships is what energizes me and makes me optimistic and full of life.
