Congratulations Sarah – I look forward to having you in my class!
A huge thank you to everyone who entered ♥ I had so much fun sitting down tonight and reading everyone’s responses – it was kind of like taking a strange, kooky, mini-course on the tarot – I feel like I know so many cards so much more intimately now. And that’s saying a lot!
Each and every response I read was charming in it’s own way and SO MANY of them really made me smile. Thank you again for taking the time to participate in this exercise and share your love of Tarot with me, may you all find inspiration, joy and warmth on your Tarot journeys!

PS – If your comment doesn’t show up right away, don’t worry. I just have to approve it and it will show up a bit later.
Current favourite card: DEATH
Obsession: checking the Akashic record app to see who’s up for it.
Favourite film: Groundhog Day (you take a holiday and just look what happens !)
Enjoys: Cleaning up, especially the kitchen. Just one sweep of his icy stare kills all known germs – Dead!
Only regret: The dinosaur extinction thing. Bad planning.
He’s not much fun to hang out with he won’t get off his horse and he can’t relax. His work life balance is terrible and he can’t make eye contact. But really he just wants to be liked and seeing his head on a t-shirt or a tattoo gives him a warm feeling inside the ribcage. He’s a loyal friend who will keep your secrets and be with you to the end. Really he’s a good guy, just a bit misunderstood and doesn’t realise we are the ones trying to make friends with him.
This made me spit out my dandelion tea laughing! I love this, Sarah ♥ I’m choosing this one as the winner 🙂 Congrats! I will reach out to you through email.
Hiiiii Kate!
One of my favorite cards is The Empress. Three of her fabulous traits are:
· She is all about relaxing, laying back, trusting in the flow of life, and luxuriating in the pleasure to be alive.
· She is about feeling abundant and honoring her natural cycles, tuning into her body and working with the wisdom of her body.
· The Empress is good at providing a fertile environment for things or ideas to grow, for creativity.
I love the Nine of Pentacles and all the freedom to be herself, in the nature, reading, no hurries, just enjoying the here and the now. BASIC LUXURY
The Eight of Wands
1. Loves a good challenge and often says “Challenge accepted!”.
2. Daydreams about travelling abroad so decides to make it reality by booking a trip to Paris leaving tomorrow.
3. Finds a Romantic partner on Paris and posts all the photos on social media.
☀️ My favourite card is the sun card ☀️
Miss sun dances & whistles while she walks, even if no music is playing. She doesn’t mind who watches as long as she spreads cheer for sheer merriments sake.
She likes to take trips to new places that’s she’s never been to before and does not use a map. She relies solely on her joyful spirit, intuition and instinct to find her way around and comes back to tell her inspiring stories.
She enjoys motivating herself and others for success by singing quotes from Socrates and yodelling poems of Rumi.
I don’t really have a favorite. I love all the Tarot cards. So, I pulled from the Everyday Witch Tarot, and got the Nine of Swords.
My chosen card: Nine of Swords
3 Personality quirks: Oh Ms. Debbie Downer, she stresses over the smallest things, she loves to read and escape into other worlds outside of her own, and she is definitely a cat person.
My fave tarot card is the Fool.
It depicts the authentic inner child who possesses autonomy, optimism and spontaneity and courage and always survives and thrives and pushes the boundaries. Always up for a challenge and always fun to be around.
Loves hot Vegan vindaloo curries! and fast paced thrillers!
A planetary activist, adores all animals’ especially dogs’ for their loyalty and loving nature.
Has a very low boredom threshold and can’t do small talk! x
You really gave me a feel for The Fool as a person here – I feel like I know him!
My chosen card is The Emperor. He is determined and powerful, he knows what he wants to achieve and leads the way, he really likes technology and games. He reminds me of the coming full moon in Aries.
My favorite card is the Wheel of Fortune!
Getting to know her is tough because she is really a multilayered individual. When she gives you advice – even if its the same advice every time – you may hear something slightly different every time.
She is a free flowing and constantly moving individual. She leans into change – even when it is EXTREMELY HARD. She believes in letting things go that are no longer serving her even if they are comfortable and she believes in adapting to the world changing around her in the most fulfilling way she can.
She is someone who is extremely altruistic. She believes in good karma – of course – but also simply sees it as a way to lean her positive spiritual energy to the world.
Hi… hope you are doing well.
I am big fan of you. I am from India.
Want to share one of my favourite card – court card.
King of cups – King of emotions, king of love, king of feelings, Empath, very good listener, understanding person.
King of cups as a person like to connect with everyone with heart, with full love. Person talks with full emotions. People love this kind of person and trust them a lot. Because Everyone needs someone like this who understand them. King of cups is the winner of hearts. Always like to be available for others. Have so many dreams for society. Motivator.
Dark side- king of cups want every one to love them. Kings of cups also want need someone to listen to them. Kings of cups want everyone should come to them if they need something or if anyone wants to share something. Jealousy. Hidden sexual desires. Fear of extreme emotions (crying, anger, arguments) of other person. Doesn’t like to much physical moment. They always look for support and motivation to do something in life. They always want first information should come to them only.
This is my small reading for king of cups. Thank you so much. Have a nice day.
Thank you for this, Jaya ♥ You really went deep with this King of Cups and picked up on some really interesting details…love this!
The Empress breathes new life into creation. She is the very light that heals, nurtures, guides. Her spiritual gifts, open heart, and unconditional love for all strengthen her and lead her to help others through spiritual advising, intuitive artwork, and energy healing. The Empress speaks messages of hope, love, and encouragement; She makes the world a brighter place to live. ✨
Because she is so giving of herself, the Empress recharges her own mind, body, and spirit through her connections to Mother Earth. Whether she is walking through the woods admiring the mighty oaks, floating in the healing water of the river, or quietly laying in the grass under the blanket of twinkling stars in the midnight sky, the Empress feeds her soul through nature’s bounty. ????
My favourite Tarot card is Strength.
She is confident and can be a bit spunky, she loves watching sappy love stories with a big bag of popcorn, a box of Kleenex and a cuddly blanket, she fuels her soul with a pot of chamomile tea served in her grandma’s favourite china cup and saucer.
Thanks for offering this scholarship!
I love how you highlighted her nurturing qualities 🙂 This was beautiful to read, Cathy ♥ Thank you.
One of my favourite cards is the Hermit (I can’t pick just one all time favourite!)
While she loves and appreciates people, she needs time alone in nature to contemplate the vagaries of life, and sometimes just navel gaze.
She feels a strong affinity to animals, especially cats, and doesn’t totally trust anyone who doesn’t feel the same.
She worries about the path that humans are taking, and while trying to be optimistic, isn’t totally confident that this civilization will survive long term.
My chosen card is The ☀️ Sun!
The sun shines bright during the day and gradually descends throughout the day, into a beautiful and peaceful overview.
She brightens up any day she has has bold yet penetrating essence about her, she warms up a room and sheds light on the truth and gets to the depths of earths mysteries & secrets.
She loves writing and laughing and listening to people laugh, she loves to indulge in comfort food, especially chocolates and wine, and she’s very good in reading a person’s character and has a generous genuine, giving heart and people that she surrounds herself with love to return that love right back.
My favourite card is the hanged man. He would be great to hang out with although his pockets would always be empty. He could be annoying though because he is always smiling but never shares the joke. Still, he would always see life from an unusual angle.
This description of The Hanged Man really made me giggle! Love how you summed this dude up!
My favourite Tarot card is The Chariot 🙂
His passionate is riding in the stars but he also loves earthly challenges and he goes hand in hand with Victory.
My Favorite Tarot is the Death Card.
She makes sure she wakes each week in a different city just to watch the sun rise.
Enjoys bubble baths while sipping champagne and reading Sarah Maas Novels.
Leaves one acorn to each person that has just moved through their dark night of the soul as a reminder that within every ending is always a new beginning!
This is so beautiful ♥ I feel this one in my heart – especially that last sentence 🙂
My Favorite Tarot Card:
The Queen of Wands
She loves Flaming Dr.Peppers’ on a hot summer day,
Working Magick in the Nude any time she gets the notion,
And,
She wears sexy clothes that bring out her confidence and sovereign personality
Nude Magick, Flaming Dr/Peppers, this Queen is my kind of gal!
My Favorite Tarot Card
The Star ????
She is a nature lover at
heart.
If she isn’t busy
drawing water for her
off-grid lifestyle, you
find her strolling
through the great
outdoors in her
birthday suit
She enjoys watching
any survival shows
where people are
“Naked And Afraid”.
Kate, I picked the 8 Strength Card
I like this card as it brings such balances to the inner peace and challenges that may come up in life
1. The Lion’s Roar with confidence, strength, knowledge, love and security within his heart.
2. The Lamb or Owl’s inner wisdom brings the calmness and support to any obstacles and experiences
3. The sparkles of Light, Joy and Strength within them are balancing the true harmony and happiness in life with any situations that may occur.
My chosen card is The Moon! She has a calm and peaceful demeanour. She’s an insomniac, she loves to spend her sleepless nights painting magical mysterious landscapes, she has 2 dogs and loves taking a swim in the lake by her wooden cottage. The Moon loves to read poetry books and watch fantasy movies, she loves to indulge in comfort food, especially chocolates and wine, and she’s very good in reading a person’s character and has a generous giving heart.
The Death card :
This is someone who is tough as nails, he’s got his armor on and a job to do. And NOTHING will stop him
His mission in life is to help bring YOU forward. He knows that it’s a painful experience for some people, but he knows it’s time for you to move to the next cycle of life and he won’t allow you to pussy foot around! You’re moving through a change whether you like it or not. He knows what’s best
No matter whether you’re a King, a Bishop, a child or a regular Joe soap, change is inevitable. He doesn’t play favourites. If it’s your time, it’s your time. Best to suck it up and trust him and let him do his job. IT’S FOR THE BEST. Live your best life ❤️????
Temperance
Well, hello friend. Welcome to my new bar called, “The Alchemist.” I am Temperance, the Cosmic Bartender, but some call me “Flo.” Please have a seat. I’ll put on a little classical music to help you calm yourself while you tell Aunty Flo, all about your entanglement with Death. Let me mix you up one of my specialty drinks, I like to call it the “Rebirth of Venus.” A simple recipe. One part manifestation, two parts enlightenment, with a handful of rainbow skittles. Trust me, it will set you on the right path. Oh look, here comes my bestie the Empress. Her and I are going to go get mani and pedis at the nail shop around the corner. You should come with. They give the best foot soaks.
Hahaha! I love the idea of Temperance as a cosmic bartender! That is really going to stay with me – I don’t know if I’ll ever be able to see Temperance the same way ever again. This really made me smile 🙂
My chosen card – Magician
Though it’s seems a positive card but
whenever I see this card I feel these
quirks about Magician –
1. He has every tool of menifestions but he is not menifesting as he is not taking the actions. Everything is there in his reach and he has the capability to do everything, but doesn’t look interested in using them.
2. He may be someone who is manipulative when it comes to others, and delusional when it comes to himself, shows something to others which he is not in reality.
3. He is obsessed with with collecting all thes knowledge by any means may be it’s through self help or spiritual books or through movies like Astral City, The Metrix (series of movies), Dr. Strange and others, which give him a different perspective. But he is not much interested in implementing them.
That’s what I wanted to share ????????
Don’t know why the smileys I put in the end is being read as question mark…!!!
My chosen card is the Death.
This card in Rider-Smith Tarot always reminds me of the Death from Terry Prattchet’s Discworld. He is so majestic in black armor and with flag, but somehow seems to me a little unserious – he is skeleton, but he is surrounded by humans and he sits on a living horse. He looks like a stranger in a foreign country or even an alien who observes humans and doesn’t understand their problems, feelings or fears of change and death – something which seems so natural to him. In spite of this he’s still stayed among living creatures.
3 Personality quirks:
– he is like a best friend for all life – everything can change, but he remains the same and stays for good times and bad times (he must be a big fan of Led Zeppelin!),
– he might be outstanding with his grace and annoying how he is consistent with life, but he is master of black humour, tells the best jokes, so some people can’t imagine life without his company,
– he loves animals, nature, all living world, and observes them with a sentimental longing for something that he never had – some girls could love this lost in thought type of guy 😉
To sum up – life wouldn’t be the same without Death.
I picked the High Priestess from the Rider Waite Tarot deck she signifies “spiritual enlightment, inner illumination, divine knowledge and wisdom” this is the path I’m on at this point in my life and there are endless possibilities, everything happens for a reason.
3 quirky things about me, I’m fascinated by the magical world, I love to sip my coffee in the morning only hearing the birds sing their songs of the day, I taught my little yorkie to give hugs and when he comes he puts his little head on my shoulder and I wrap my arms around him and I feel his warmth and that is pure unconditional love
Meet the Queen of Cups. She is graceful, gentle, and a little to nice it’s almost annoying. She despises liars, gossip, and anyone that brings down her vibe. Don’t get on her bad side because she may get a little bitchy. She loves nature, all animals, children, and is a wonderful friend. You will find her near water on a beach reading a juicy novel (naughty girl) or on the couch watching a RomCom sipping on an hypnotic breeze dreaming about meeting her very own prince charming.
Hey❣️
I feel like connecting with Death these days!
I think he is an immigrant who likes smoking in cloudy day. He is obssesd with collecting pictures of people in war and he enjoys feeling weightlessness when he floats in swiming pool.
The card I picked for this challenge was The Fool.
And the 3 personality quirks are:
1. She / he is off on a great journey with all possessions put in a colourful bag on a stick.
2. She / he is not afraid to take a leap into the unknown, such as enjoying exotic foods or sauntering on hidden paths.
3. She / he is not distracted by things yapping at her / his heels but is focused on the bigger picture, the great adventure which is life.
My chosen card is the Death.
This card in Rider-Smith Tarot always reminds me of the Death from Terry Prattchet’s Discworld. He is so majestic in black armor and with flag, but somehow seems to me a litlle unserious – he is skeleton, but he is surrounded by humans and he sits on a living horse. He looks like a stragner in a foreign country or even an alien who observes humans and doesn’t understand their problems, feelings or fears of change and death – something which seems so natural to him. In spite of this he’s still stayed among living creatures.
3 Personality quirks:
– he is like a best friend for all life – everything can change, but he remains the same and stays for good times and bad times (he must be a big fan of Led Zeppelin!),
– he might be outstanding with his grace and annoying how he is consistend with life, but he is master of black humour, tells the best jokes, so some people can’t imagine life without his company,
– he loves animals, nature, all living world, and observes them with a sentimental longing for something that he never had – some girls could love this lost in thought type of guy 😉
To sum up – life wouldn’t be the same without Death.
I choose the 10 Cups from Tarot Grand Luxe deck, the character of this card is loving and family orientated, going all out to protect those closest to them with their energy hugging them with pure unconditional love. They provoke a deep sense of acceptance, safety and non judgement values to those they meet. The personality radiates with joy and laughter reminding everyone that it is love and connectedness that makes the world a great place to be.
The magician. my favorite.
He thinks uniquely and can be outside ten boxes at once but on the ball! He is swift and funny but sharp and decisive. If it appears in your deck he can do magic.
He can also be on your side showing you how it is done, even though you can’t tell.
The fool! He skips through life, guided by his open heart and optimistic mind. He looks to the heavens, imagining his sleeves like the wings of a bird, able to take him to his most imaginative dreams.
He likes to wander, seemingly aimlessly, with his best comrade by his side. His little pup! They explore with a childlike curiousity– finding ant trails to follow, flowers to smell, trees to climb, and paths to wander down.
He loves to sing from the mountain tops– to skip, dance, and hop!
Although he’s not the most experienced, he excels at coming up with new ideas and instinctually following what calls to him. It’s completely in his nature to react from the heart. He is open to all kinds of knowledge and information, but doesn’t necessarily seek any out.
You might find him drawing pictures in the sand, or acting out a dramatic performance he’s created in his head. He loves to play with whatever will engage with him!
He is a free spirit, and will gladly invite you in to his warm embrace, and maybe twirl you around! He summons whoever is near him into the present moment.
JUDGEMENT – Weird choice you may think but it’s that moment you finally “get it”. In my case it was smoking. For years I had tried to quit – on again, off again, smoking and my next cigarette was always on my mind. Then one day JUDGEMENT hit me. I just randomly woke up and thought “that’s it” – I decided with certainty I would never smoke again. And I didn’t – the thought of smoking never entered my head again. I read it’s like a massive wake up call (unavoidable and no going back like what I see as a tidal wave behind the people rising up). A brand new day, like an ugly duckling becoming a swan. Looking up at the angel Garbriel and finally getting it. Thank you JUDGEMENT for both my health and my hip pocket!
I chose The Empress, who is a sophisticated, cultured and a little posh lady in my mind with excessive knowledge about fashion, clothes, food and music. Her wardrobe contains light but elegant clothes full of flowy silk, vibrant colours, patterns and lavish hats. She enjoys classical music regularlyat concerts with a deeper understanding of the hidden meanings of melodies. She is never alone, always surrounded by people / mentees who are eager to be like her and learn her gentle, supportive but no-nonsense attitude towards life.
The Queen of Pentacles secretly wants to be carefree, and dress bohemian-style, much to the chagrin of her family. So she holds this tight to her chest while outwardly appearing regal. Her true nature is kind and caring, and when she leaves this world she wants to be remembered as the nurturer, the one who raised others’ spirits.
Favorite card: 9 of Pentacles (I know you said pick three things but her story is so amazing…)
This fabulous woman has really come through the ranks throughout her life.
Her wealth and accomplishments started as a seed. Her drive, wow. Even when she was young she was super driven– juggling priorities, collaborating on projects and building community. It wasn’t always easy. She had to learn to balance, she had to learn reciprocity– to let go, to share, and to receive– she had to learn how to evaluate effort and run cost/benefit analysis to see what was working and what needed tweaking– and if it would be worth it. She had to learn from others and really make her business her lifestyle in order to really become a master.
I think she used to drink a LOT of espresso when she was starting and growing her business. When she hangs out with her bestie. 3 of cups, they drink wine, but nowadays at the end of the day our 9P loves to chill with a THC bevvie.
She loves vintage cars. She inherited The Chariot when she was very young (of course!) but she also has a faster, sportier Boxter and a big, practical farm truck.
Now that she has stability and predictability in her work and life, she has time to train her falcon. When she’s off hunting with the bird or on a trip, which is becoming more regular, her boytoy, the knight of pentacles steps in and does the work. I’m not sure what else is going on there between her and her hardworking boytoy– 9P is pretty independent!
So that’s the tea on 9 of Pentacles…Can’t wait to read everyone’s!
Gina, this was really fun to read – thank you ♥
Meet Grace, the Queen of Cups. She is beautiful, gentle, and so nice it’s annoying. She loves nature, animals, children, and spending time near water. She doesn’t like liars, gossip, or anyone that tries to bring down her vibe. You will find her reading R-rated romance novels on the beach (naughty girl) or watching a RomCom on a rainy night laying on the couch in her PJ’s sipping an hypnotic breeze cocktail dreaming about her very own prince charming.
I love the Magician card because he is focused, he turns his visions into reality and seems in complete control of himself. For me he has power, power of the mind and brings it into reality. He can accomplish whatever he sets his mind out to do.
My favourite card is The High Priestess. She is very mysterious, secretive and intuitive. She is obsessed with Tarot, crystals, and human design and always works around lunar cycles. She is Spiritually enlightened and the Divine Feminine with profound sacred knowledge. My dream is to become like her one day. I am in complete awe of her personality!
I choose the STRENGTH card. She’s like this gorgeous Goddess who’s strength and compassion aid her in helping others beings and herself. She LOVES animals! Her natural compassion comes form lived challenging experiences. She has a chronic illness and so animals and humans feel safe with her, because they know she sees them – and also life differently. She sees through the ordinary. And reminds others just how beautiful life truly is. What’s possible!
I choose the Magician. He is the ultimate manifestor! He has all the tools to put into physical form whatever he thinks of creating!
He’s very curious and thirsty for knowledge & life experiences, very open minded and creative! His favorite pet is a monkey named Sahara! He likes to play chess with her while sipping on a Whiskey Sour cocktail! He likes to gaze up at the stars at night while dipping his feet in the river. He is very connected to nature and the elements! The Magician is the most interesting man alive!
The Star for today. She steps in the known world and the ether at the same time. She will not be bound by unreasonable rules, but enjoys discussions with small birds, as they have deeper thoughts than many of a larger size. All that said, the divine light is still the guide and she attempts to reach the goal.
THE HERMIT
1) He likes having pity parties…Bridget Jones styles…binge eating a big tub of ice cream paired with drinking out of a large bottle of wine…’mega pint’ Johhny Depp sized of course…as he dons a Meghan Markles poor me pout and wipes a tear away from the corner of his eye.
2) Can appear as though he is a monastic monk or Francescian Friar, but when charged up enough can have a potty sailor’s mouth like Gordon Ramsay. Is he a saint or sinner, or a bit of both? We will never know. Or as Uncle Roger says….hiiiiyaaa?!
3) He’s on his spiritual quest like Russell Brand (ouch! Don’t even go there)…for esoteric wisdom of the exoteric Universe…to share his hermetic knowledge with mankind. In the wise words of American Politician Mitch McConnell, “…………………………”.
Thanks for this opportunity. The Hermit is my birth card. I would love to win this scholarship, as I am on Maternity Leave meaning a bit cash strapped, but would be lovely to have some ‘me’ time, when bubs is napping, and nothing beats getting the tarot cards out with the Daily Tarot Girl. Cheers, Christine from New Zealand
Oh Christine! I love your sense of humour and your ability to cram so many “public figures” into one write up 🙂 Thank you! ♥
Hey Kate.????????
I am chosing The Lovers because it has been an Encore Card for me right before, during and now after your workshop. I am reading off The Tarot Grande Luxe where the two are gazing into each other’s eyes under an orange Harvest Moon. The moon reminds me of the sacral chakra.
If they were a movie, let’s go retro to Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman in “Far And Away.” The seductive glance of the gentleman letting her know we may be from two different classes or worlds but I am willing to break all the rules so you can be mine. The lady looking back saying I am going to have you no matter what. They may go together, through a journey or separate ways, be with this parties, but ultimately in the end realize that life is about chosing that soulmate.
Their likes would be stargazing while roasting s’mores at a campfire, long walks on the beach, dressing up for romantic meals, amd reading poetry under an Autumn tree.
Their favorite book would be The Great Gatsby.
Their favorite song would be “You’ve Got it Bad.” by Usher because they do.
Kimberly, this is so very creative and really gives me a good sense of The Lovers ♥ Makes me smile!
Not sure why all the question marks are there ..! Lol
Hey Tiff,
Thanks so much for pointing that out. It uploaded like that and was not intentional. However, in the psychic or tarot world I believe everything happens for a reason. I suppose I have a lot of questions for Kate and would be so grateful for the opportunity to take her course. All the best 🙂
Kimberly –
I was talking about my own paragraph that has “?????” at the end, but I figured it out because most of us have them but nobody has any emojis. So my hearts that I placed, turned into question marks!
I’m just realizing this now – that when some people post smiles or hearts they show as question marks. Weird! But kind of funny.
I love The Fool. I feel as though they are incredibly underrated but from the moment I began reading Tarot, I admired them.
Quirk 1- The Fool leaves the past behind without carrying it’s burdens. As a sexual abuse survivor who endured a life time of pain, I admire this in The Fool. I finally sought serious help last year and I’m a baby in the world of being a healthy person.
Quirk 2- The Fool is ready to take that leap of faith regardless (somewhat unaware even) what might happen. I want to be an author for a living but I was always taught that poor people aren’t allowed to have that career. It’s a “rich person’s” career because it doesn’t always bring in large amounts of money. I have a brilliant novel, two actually, that my guides have confirmed for me over and over and my fear holds me back. I admire The Fool’s willingness to bet on their own hand.
Quirk 3- The Fool often takes time to understand the lessons being offered to them. They learn differently than others but still don’t lose heart. They get back in there and try again. I’m neurodivergent. I used to be ashamed of my quirks and missing basic social skills. I’ve learned to appreciate this part of me and advocating for others. I admire the general demeanor of The Fool because they exude all the things I work so hard on. When I see it in a reading I think, if The Fool can make it through the journey, so can I. And I’m filled with happiness. The Fool is my driftwood. ????????
I really love how strongly you can relate to The Fool here ♥ I hope you start that novel soon! I’m cheering for you 🙂
Hard to pick ONE favorite card. Recently, though, I’ve been really falling in love with one of the cards with a very bad reputation: the 5 of Swords. Yes, the guy can be a bully and grab stuff from others but there’s so much this character may be. He may be that kid that brought all his toys in order to be accepted in the group but is left alone, hanging on to his possessions… He can be the guy telling his buddies after the game was lost “hey guys, we can still make it to the finals”. He can also be a caddie with all those Swords ???? Also, the 5 of Swords is one of those cards (the 10 of Cups being another) I often see as shots of the same person at different times. In this case, the one in the foreground shows his first thought/reaction and the progression are the two images distancing in the background. Coming to his senses in a way. This character is much more complex than he’s given credit for.
The Tower is a gender-fluid artist subverting everyone’s presuppositions just by being themselves. That either makes people really respect them or makes them very comfortable. Their favorite color is orange-red and they find broken things beautiful.
“they find broken things beautiful” – that really sums up The Tower in a really powerful way!
My favorite card that I connect the most with is the Queen of Wands! The Queen of Wands is strong and determined and passionate . She LOVES life! She’s tried everything from clog dancing to white water rafting because why not! She inspires everyone around her, especially her family. Her kids have the best Mom ever! She even makes chores fun.
OMG, yes! this queen is a true lover of life and fearless adventurer.
The tarot card I chose was the Empress. She loves true crime shows, loves HEARING gossip, but not spreading it, and secretly wanted to be a teacher when she was a little girl. ❤️
Wait…is the ME? lol! I can totally relate to this!
I chose the two of cups. The woman on this card is obsess with love. She enjoys a well balanced relationship. She loves receiving as much as she loves giving. She’s comfortable in her own skin whether she’s in private or in the public eye. She is stylish and has an excellent taste for fashion! She loves wearing flowy outfits mostly gowns or dresses tapped off with a bandanna. It brings out her feminine side. She spends most of her time out in nature journaling. Who knows maybe she’s writing down her next fashion idea. If you ever get a chance to hangout with this fashion queen consider yourself blessed. You’ll never get bored.
I love this, Swaro! The 2 of Cups as a fashion forward gal! ♥
The card I chose was: the King of Pentacles.
3 quirky things about the personality:
1/ The best thing about his energy is that he’s under complete control; he knows what offers him the best results, may not be the one that gives fast results, but the one that ensures better prospects.
2/ He has a do-it-now vibe that I love. It’s like a balance between action and patience. You’re not so much in a hurry to get up and go but at the same time know when to be ready at a moment’s notice and jump into action (his shoe).
3/ There are also some blackish elements in the card that tells us that one, he’s able to overcome his weaknesses to come to the forefront of what he has become now and two, he also knows how to subdue his subordinate’s weakness and find the strength so that it serves him and his kingdom.
Overall, it’s one of my favorite cards since there’s a harmony between good and bad and it tells us what it takes to become the king of wealth 🙂
Thank you Sayyantann for sharing your love of this King! He really is a magnificent Tarot character!
I picked the Empress she is my favorite card because she reminds me of being a mother. I would say she would be kind and fine but gentle and she would encourage me to tap into my creative side. She would be the mom that every kid wants to hang out at her house because she would bake cookies and tell fun stories about magical creatures. I also feel she would be super protective and fierce if someone was to mess with me She would always have a big pit of soup on the stove and she would encourage finger painting and making a garden and playing in the dirt. she would enjoy walks in the woods pointing out different trees and flowers and animals. Oh yes and animals would have a natural trust of her. the Empress would be the mom I role model after.
I got such a feel for the cuddly character of this Empress as I read your post, Lori 🙂 All this talk of cookies and warm soup is making me hungry…mmmm
My comment wasn’t working so I’ll try doing a reply.
