I was puzzled with this draw. Finally, I looked at it from a color standpoint. Blue/Green for the 2 first cards with some brown (fence/table). It seems we need to be practical (brown) by using our intuition (blue) when it comes to life and abundance (green). The Hanged Man invites us to still believe in life and abundance (the ground is green with flowers), our clothing is blue green, same for our shoes, even if we encounter some grey clouds — they’re passing through. We can already see the sky and water turning blue. The key is to focus on the blue/green.

Iām not sure of the significance, but I noticed that there is a broom in each card. Maybe being able to make a clean sweep?

Hola Kate…just watched your post on my last night in Santiago…I finished The Camino two days ago…what an incredible journey, which I took the risk of sharing on social media- new to me- through the medium of TikTok, as The Dancing Pilgrim, and I was inspired to do tarot readings too! Hope you don’t mind me cheekily sharing that information here on your doorstep! It’s lovely to see you doing the reading outside with the wind nudging the cards! What’s it trying to tell us?! Very briefly, and bearing in mind we are going through a huge cosmic shift right now, the 2 of Pentacles reflects the same global ‘earthly’ Minor Arcana message that I have been getting in my cards… we need to get the balance right, and we need to make a sacrifice -8 of Cups- to do it. Yes, some people probably do feel like something is missing, as you say…This is the spiritual awakening some of us are being called to now, as the Earth ascends. The key, shown in The Hanged Man, a Major Arcana card, and divine message, is that we can open that door if we go within, but it is a choice we have to make, to want to see things from a different perspective…beyond the illusion…beyond ego. What is Spiritual? It is ‘beyond physical’ …not related to the physical world. Nothing to do with religion. If enough of us can, then, hopefully, the balance here on earth can be restored for the benefit of all. A balance between the physical and the spiritual world. At the moment the future hangs in the balance, like the first card. The witch in the 2 of pentacles looks like she is balancing precariously on a see-saw and juggling the symbol of the universe! We have the balance in our hands and we need to make a sacrifice now, which is evident in the numbers; 2 + 8 + 12 = 22 …The Master Builder in numerology…we need to change, to build a better future! 2 + 2 = 4 and to do that we need to have strong, stable foundations, reflected in the number 4.
