Ten of Cups Tarot Card Reading for Friday :)

new palladini tarot ten of cups
The New Palladini Tarot by David Palladini

Today’s Tarot card, the Ten of Cups is a happy card carrying the message that joy and emotional fulfillment can be a reality for you and not just some far off dream.

However, the rainbow symbolizes things that look great from afar. The rainbow is elusive, and if you try to find its exact location you will be searching forever. Happiness and fulfillment are very similar!

The more you chase after happiness, the more it will elude you. If you tell yourself that “happiness” is something in the distance that will only be yours once certain criteria are met, you will be forever pining after it.

Happiness is not something outside of you – it is you! And it is available here and now for you, regardless of whether or not you life is “ideal” and perfect. The belief that something outside yourself will make you emotionally fulfilled is an illusion. Its wonderful to have dreams and goals, but they alone will not bring you joy and fulfillment – only you can do that for yourself.

Daily Tarot Reading for Thursday ~ The Archer

Archer
Wildwood Tarot

Happy Thursday! Today’s Tarot card is an exciting one – The Archer from the Wildwood Tarot, also known as The Chariot in most decks.

The Archer is here to tell you all about the importance of focus and the need to cut out all distractions that pull you away from your main goal. Get focused today and you will be amazed at what you accomplish!

Ask yourself this: what will help me minimize distractions today?

It helps to think of “minimizing distractions” as a form of kindness to yourself. For example, telling yourself that you will refrain from checking your email while writing (something I am doing today!), since your writing life is important and worth your undivided attention.

You deserve your own undivided attention!

The Hermit Tarot Card for Wednesday!

Intuitive Tarot
The Intuitive Tarot by Cilla Conway

The Hermit tarot card is all about taking comfort in solitude and shining the light of consciousness and inner wisdom on your life.

When you look at this card you see scary creatures lurking in the dark corners. This represents the idea that we fear what we do not understand. There are no frightening creatures in the light. When you notice your fears come up, shine the light of awareness on it. The more you know about and are aware of your fears, the less power they will hold over you.

Nearly every negative feeling we have can be traced back to fear. So when a negative feeling arises today, ask yourself what the original fear is.

Get to know your fears – where did they originate from? How do they effect you in your day to day life? What kinds of things can you do to help dissipate this fear?

But most importantly, ask yourself who would I be without this fear?

Four of Pentacles Tarot Card for Tuesday!

four of pentacles tarot card
Sirian Starseed Tarot by Patricia Cori

The Four of Crystals from the Sirian Starseed Tarot is the card for today (a.k.a. the Four of Pentacles in many other tarot decks). This card brings a message about introversion and your hesitancy to share your gifts with the world.

There is a healthy balance between going within for guidance, nourishment and rest and putting yourself out there and sharing your insights and talents. Beware of remaining stuck in the introverted phase.

Sharing yourself with others can make you feel vulnerable, so use your meditation time to go within and confront those fears. Find a way to gain strength and confidence about what you have to offer the world.

You need not keep your wonderful talents and skills locked up any longer! There are many who will benefit deeply from your work.

Five of Wands Tarot Card for Monday

hanson-roberts tarot
Hanson-Roberts Tarot

Monday’s Tarot card is the Five of Wands, which is all about competition, minor struggles and conflicts of will.

However, I get the sense that this has everything to do with  your many duties, interests and goals conflicting and competing for your time and attention.

Do you feel like you have tons of things you want to accomplish, but not enough time to “do it all”? Or do you feel like some of your goals and desires actually clash with each other?

Today is the day to get organized and clear about your priorities. Be realistic about how much time to you have and what tasks are most important to you. Prioritize, delegate and see if there is a way to clear some time and space for yourself.

When your many talents, skills and ideas work together, as opposed to battling for equal attention from you, there are no limits as to how far you can go!

Tarot Reading for Friday!

osho zen tarot cards
Osho Zen Tarot

Friday’s tarot card, The Creator, is from the Osho Zen Tarot. Creativity will come into your life in full force today, so look out! That creative spark within you wants a chance to come out and shine.

This will feel wonderful if you are ready to express your creativity and take action in creating what you envision. But if you are fearful in any way, it can feel frustrating!

To help process this ever-increasing energy within you, ask yourself these questions:

1) If there were no limits, what would you want to create?
2) What can you create today or this week that would satisfy your creativity?
3) What do you need to do or to let go of in order to feel comfortable expressing yourself fully?

The Creator is one of the most confident, powerful cards in the Osho Zen Tarot. He reminds you that you have his power and confidence available to you if you choose to use it!
