Today’s Tarot card is The Moon. This is one of the most mysterious cards in the Tarot…and I love that! Similar to Tuesday’s reading, this card is all about that which is hidden.

Perhaps you feel as though you need to know the whole story or you need a clearer view of where you are headed. But know that the path ahead will be revealed to you at the right time and not all at once.

Trust your instincts when it comes to decision making today, as your instincts will not guide you in the wrong direction. There are two dogs in this card – a wolf, representing your wild, animal self (your true desires) and a domesticated dog wearing a collar (the part of you that goes along with social convention). Notice that both dogs howl at The Moon!

The Five of Pentacles Tarot card has shown up today to indicate that there is something or someone in your environment that is bringing down your mood.

It could be a friend who is always moaning about money problems – that friend who’s always whining “but I can’t afford it.” Or maybe you do this? If so, stop it now!

If you want to live an abundant life, surround yourself by people and things that make you feel abundant and question your own core beliefs about money. Limit time spent with downer friends – otherwise they can suck your energy.

Alternatively, you can tell your friend about a good law of attraction book or even directly question her negative beliefs about money, as long as it doesn’t feel too preachy or aggressive. Your friend will either raise her abundance mindset to meet yours or gradually recede from your life. Either way, its a good thing.

You’ve put a lot of time, money and energy into something and you aren’t getting the payback you had hoped for. Don’t fret – things are manifesting “beneath the soil”. Keep nurturing this dream or project and you will have beautiful results before you know it.

Think of yourself as the gardener of your life – your hopes, dreams, wishes and creativity need to be tended to regularly, treated with love and care and allowed to blossom on their own. Don’t try too hard, but be consistent in your efforts.

Happy Halloween! Tarot Card for Wednesday…

Halloween is one of my favorite days of the year – there is always such a fun, magical, mysterious energy to this day! The Seven of Cups is the card I drew and it represents choices, dreams and indecision. 

Do you feel like your head has been stuck in the clouds lately? If you have been feeling scattered, the Seven of Cups reminds you that having lots of dreams, interests and choices is something to celebrate. But if you feel like you spend way more time dreaming than actually making your dreams happen, you may want to take a new approach.

The main message I got with this card was that once you identify what your major time wasters and energy zappers are, you will be well on your way to transforming your life.

I thought about this myself and realized that watching TV and spending unproductive time on the internet was draining most of my free time. For the month of November I am going to eliminate TV altogether and limit my internet time and see what kind of a difference it makes in my life.
