Conditioning ~ Osho Zen Tarot Card for Friday

osho zen tarot
Osho Zen Tarot by Ma Deva Padma

Today’s Tarot Card, “Conditioning” (The Devil in a Rider Waite deck) is one of the most fascinating cards in the Osho Zen Tarot deck! It is all about questioning our identity and realizing our true power and potential.

We are powerful, magnificent beings who have been conditioned through our society to believe we are weak, powerless and unimportant and that life will be easier if we go along with the herd (like sheep). When we awaken to this, we realize that these limits are self imposed by our beliefs about ourselves. It is time to step out of the false beliefs that bind us and into our true, empowered, radiant state of being.

Notice what small beliefs you have about yourself (such as what can I do? I’m just one person) and take the time to question them. Also, notice if you have any fears about becoming awakened and stepping into your true power. You might feel worried that you will be lonely and unable to relate to those around you or you may fear being shunned by your friends and family. Just noticing these fears and how they hold you back will allow them to disintegrate.

I am excited to announce my next Full Moon Reading will be on Nov 28, 7pm PST and will be on the topic of creating more prosperity and abundance in our lives. Click here for more info!

Sharing ~ Osho Zen Tarot Card for Thursday

osho zen tarot
Osho Zen Tarot by Ma Deva Padma

The Queen of Fire from the Osho Zen deck comes bearing the message that you have so much more to share with the world than you realize!

Its easy to forget that your small, positive actions, words and deeds have a huge impact on the “big picture”. What you do and create has a radiating effect that continues influencing the planet long after you have forgotten all about it. This card reminds you that your contribution doesn’t need to be some big flashy deal to have a transformative impact.

What do you most want to share with your community? What do you want to share with the world? Perhaps you can think of several things! If you could only write one page outlining the most important things you have leaned so far in your life, what would you write? The more you share your gifts and wisdom with others, the brighter your light will grow and the more alive you will become.

Eight of Pentacles ~ Tarot Card for Thursday

eight of pentacles tarot cardIts the first day of November (a rather ordinary month, in my opinion), so it makes sense that the Ordinariness card has come up today! This is also the 8 of Pentacles, which is all about the daily grind of hard work, routines and ordinariness.

The Eight of Pentacles comes to remind you that beauty, happiness and pleasure can be found in the ordinary. Practice just simply being today. Don’t think about goals, dreams, the future or the past. Just enjoy whats going on around you, even if its a bit boring!

The Eight of Pentacles Tarot card also stands for working toward something important. You may feel like you are putting in a lot of hard work and time into a job or project that isn’t really paying off right now. It will eventually if you have patience and enjoy the journey as much as the destination.

Five of Swords Tarot Card for Monday

five of air osho zen tarot
Osho Zen Tarot by Ma Deva Padma

Today’s Tarot card is the Five of Swords (which is actually called the Five of Air in the Osho Zen Tarot deck). The Five of swords Tarot card is all about comparison and how it can keep us from truly blossoming.

If you catch yourself making comparisons between people, things, or perhaps comparing yourself to others, notice how it makes you feel. Chances are it makes you feel frustrated, deflated and uncomfortable!

Comparing yourself to someone else is futile and will only cause you misery – it is a surefire way to deplete your energy today. Shift your focus so that you see everyone, including yourself, as unique individuals with different gifts and life purpose.

Another message I get with the Five of Swords Tarot card is that trying to be like someone else is also just as energy depleting. You are unique and have a unique way of seeing things and doing things – don’t take that gift for granted by trying to imitate somebody else!

If your curious about what your unique gifts are, try out my Sharing Your Gifts Tarot card spread.

Osho Zen Tarot by Ma Deva Padma

Today’s Osho Zen Tarot card is Ten of Rainbows (aka Ten of Pentacles): We Are The World. This card brings you a strong message that we are all one and everything is connected and interdependent of each other.

Spend a moment today reflecting on this statement: we are one. And notice what feelings it brings up for you – for example, do you feel relieved, relaxed, or anxious and confused?

Today is the day to make the shift from competition to collaboration. Don’t waste your time trying to be the best and instead focus on how you can connect with those around you. With this shift, you will also find yourself moving from fear into love.

The message I got from this Osho Zen Tarot card was crystal clear today: Love yourself, love others and love the world ~ we are one!

Daily Tarot Card for Wednesday ~ The Creator

Osho Zen Tarot

Today’s tarot card, The Creator, is from the Osho Zen Tarot. Creativity will come into your life in full force today, so look out! That creative spark within you wants a chance to come out and shine.

This will feel wonderful if you are ready to express your creativity and take action in creating what you envision. But if you are fearful in any way, it can feel frustrating!

To help process this ever-increasing energy within you, ask yourself these questions:

1) If there were no limits, what would you want to create?
2) What can you create today or this week that would satisfy your creativity?
3) What do I need to do or to let go of in order to feel comfortable expressing myself fully?

The Creator is one of the most confident, powerful cards in the Osho Zen Tarot. He reminds you that you have his power and confidence available to you if you choose to use it!

Daily Tarot Card for Friday ~ Experiencing

three-of-fire-osho-zen-tarot
Osho Zen Tarot

The message of today’s tarot card, which is from the Osho Zen Tarot, is that life is about experiencing the journey – not the destination!

If you go out for a walk in nature today, make sure you stop and observe the stillness of the rocks and trees. Take the time to connect with your surroundings and feel the energy that radiates from all living things.

The woman in this card appears to be one with the tree, her glowing aura merging with the aura of the tree. She is fully enjoying the present moment and has managed to slip out of her mind and into the radiant energy of the present.

Today, try being as present as you can be, particularly when talking with others. Instead of trying to analyze another’s words, try feeling them. Try sensing the energy of the other person. This sounds crazy because we are so used to communicating on a mental level and not an energy level. When you are having a conversation with someone today, try being fully present with them, not only listening to what they say but sensing how they feel as well.

Osho Zen Tarot Card for the Weekend!

osho zen tarot card
Osho Zen Tarot

The Osho Zen Tarot card “Politics” reminds us to be ourselves this weekend and to enjoy being authentic and honest in all our dealings with others.

If you find yourself having to mask your true feelings and desires in order to fit in socially, you might notice that you feel drained, stressed or cut off from your true self.

Can you imagine what it would be like if you expressed your true feelings in public without worrying about how others see you? How would it feel to stop trying to convince others that you are a good/smart/interesting person?

This Osho Zen Tarot card has another meaning – when you embrace your “shadow self” you lose the need to hide part of yourself from others. What parts of yourself have you rejected and disowned? What aspect of yourself do you suppress and hide? The more you work towards embracing these disowned selves, the freer you are to experience your wonderful qualities. An interesting film and book on this subject that is worth checking out is The Shadow Effect.

Osho Zen Tarot

Today’s daily tarot reading is all about healing your emotions. When a feeling or emotion is suppressed or denied, it blocks your flow of energy and throws you off balance.

You can start to heal your emotions by acknowledging them when they surface and by getting various forms of bodywork such as massage, reiki or accupuncture. Hands on healing can extremely helpful in releasing tension and emotional blockages.

The real message of this daily tarot reading card is that in recognizing your true emotions and having the courage to express them is one of the most powerful and transformative things you can do.

Today, notice when you feel a strong feeling and if you are in the habit of ignoring it, try honoring it instead – invite it to stay a while. Notice what this feeling is asking for and what it needs. Does it need to expressed? Does it ask you to take a particular action? The more you make friends with your emotions, the more helpful you will find them.

Daily Tarot Reading for Monday ~ Existence

osho zen tarot
Osho Zen Tarot

Today’s daily tarot reading is all about feeling at home no matter where you are. Many of us are always searching for that perfect job, home or partner so we can feel “settled” or “at home” when in reality it has nothing to do with these things.

This week, focus on feeling “at home” in your body, mind and spirit. When you make peace with yourself, it doesn’t matter where you are or what you are doing, you will always feel at home.

The other message I got with this card is that we are all powerful creators who are an important part of the universe. What we think and feel creates the world around us and so this week will also be about becoming conscious of how we are directing our thoughts and feelings. Take a moment to recognize your ability to manifest and celebrate all the great things in your life that you have created and attracted to you.
