Its hard to feel uninspired and pissy when your surrounded by tweeting birds and leafy greens. Take some time today to commune with nature and soak up the sun (or rain).

Today’s Oracle card is Once Was Innocent and it says “Knowledge means change.”

Its impossible for you to gain the information you seek and have things stay the same after. If you want to expand your perceptions, you must first accept that your life will be forever changed.

In the past, you may have been tempted to just bury your head in the sand or put your fingers in your ears and go la la la la la la. But not anymore. Now you are ready to see the big picture.

As you move forward in your life and open your eyes to new possibilities, let go of those old ideas like “what I don’t know can’t hurt me” or “ignorance is bliss”. You can still be wise, in-the-know and blissful – it just takes a little more creativity!

Take the path of least resistance, let life flow, and you will be surprised at how much you “get done”. If there is something you want to accomplish today, ask yourself “what is the easiest, most relaxing way I can do this?”

Another message I get with this card is that there is a trickle down effect that is always happening. The little things we do today can have a big impact later on. So take baby steps toward your goals and know that in doing so, you are actually taking great strides toward your dreams!

Be open to how you recognize love in your everyday life. Do you notice the excited chirping of birds in the trees? The effortless beauty of an apple tree in blossom? The way the sun warms your skin? All of these things are divine expressions of love!

Focus on connecting to your heart today. Breathe into the heart and feel your mind sinking down your body and resting in your heart area – if you can keep your awareness there for more than a few seconds you will be amazed at how your perspective shifts.

Today’s card is here to say you are safe and now its time to focus on feeling at ease in your life. If you don’t actually feel unsafe, do you feel stressed in any way? Again, its possible to feel stressed out when nothing is actually wrong.

If you have spend many days on high alert – either at work, dealing with work-stress or at home – its now time to scale it down a bit. You don’t need to feel so keyed up anymore. You can relax now. Do some yoga, meditate and create an affirmation for yourself that immediately puts you in a state of ease.

Things are not as clear cut as you’d like them to be today. The fog has rolled in and you are clamoring for clarity. Relax – you don’t need to know everything right now. Take things one step at a time.

If you find yourself thinking that you need to have it all figured out before you take the first step, you will never go anywhere! Sometimes you don’t need to know your destination before you set out. You just have to start walking.

Sure, things seem murky and confusing now, but the fog will eventually lift and everything will be as clear as day. But don’t think that this temporary fogginess is a good excuse to just sit there and do nothing! Put one foot in front of the other and keep on going – you’re almost there.

Today’s oracle card is from the Healing with the Fairies Oracle Cards and it says Detoxification. Today is all about being healthy and getting rid of all those crappy toxins!

Exercise, sweat it out in a sauna, have a hot bath with essential oils or use a skin brush to get your circulation going. While all of this may sound a bit superficial, it will get your energy moving and help you raise your vibration.

Be conscious about what you eat today. Don’t eat more than your body needs and don’t eat any junk. Try to have a day where you eat mostly raw, fresh fruits and veggies and skip the caffeinated drinks. Drink Rooibos tea instead of coffee.

The more you detoxify, the clearer you are to receive spiritual guidance from your guides, angels and higher self and the more energy you will have for enjoying life!

Today’s oracle card message is loud and clear: follow your dreams! But what if you aren’t totally sure what your dreams are? What if you are struggling to distinguish between your own dreams and the dreams of others?

You are probably well aware of the dreams that your family may have for you. And you may have a clear understanding of what you “should” do in society’s eyes….but what do you truly want to do?

Part of your purpose this week is to unravel all your hopes, dreams and desires and figure out which one’s are just fantasies of the ego (like being super-famous), family/social expectations (things that don’t light you up, but you keep hoping they will) and those that are truly all your own.

You can’t “follow your dreams” if you have no idea what they are – so take some time today and really ask yourself….what ARE my dreams?
